LEED Certification
LEED, or Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, is a green building certification program that recognizes best-in-class building strategies and practices. In order to receive LEED certification building projects must satisfy the LEED prerequisite requirements. Different levels of certification are available depending on the number of LEED points earned for the project. Prerequisites and credits differ for each rating level, and teams choose the best fit for their project.
